This Privacy Policy explains how V4 Corporate Service Enterprises ("V4 Protectoe", "we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards the information you provide when you use our website, customer portal, supplier portal, partner portal, and related services (together, the "Platform").
1. Information we collect
- Contact & business details you provide — name, company, email, mobile number, GST number, and site/delivery location — when you register, request a quote, book a Showroom-on-Wheels visit, or submit an enquiry or self-audit.
- Transactional data — quotations, orders, dispatch and warranty records, and stock you manage in the portal.
- Technical data — basic device and usage information, and error diagnostics used to keep the Platform reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare quotations, process orders, arrange dispatch, and provide warranty and after-sales support.
- To operate the Showroom-on-Wheels demo service and respond to your enquiries.
- To provide our AI assistant ("Safety Saathi") with the context needed to answer your procurement questions accurately.
- To improve the Platform's reliability, security, and features.
3. Data storage & security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore & Cloud Storage), a secure managed infrastructure, with access controlled by authentication and least-privilege rules. We restrict access to authorised V4 personnel who need it to serve you.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where necessary to fulfil your order — for example, forwarding a warranty claim to the relevant manufacturer/supplier, or sharing delivery details with a logistics partner. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. AI assistant
Safety Saathi may process your questions using a third-party AI model (Google Gemini) to generate responses. We share only the context needed to answer your query and do not use your conversations to build advertising profiles.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also close your account, subject to settlement of any open orders or warranty obligations.
