Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the V4 Protectoe Platform operated by V4 Corporate Service Enterprises, Bengaluru ("V4", "we", "us"). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
V4 Protectoe is a B2B industrial safety-footwear procurement platform. We supply genuine, statutory-compliant safety footwear and related products to corporate buyers, working as an authorised channel partner of established brands.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Business information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Quotations, orders & pricing
- Quotations are indicative and valid for the period stated (typically 48 hours) unless confirmed in writing. Prices are per pair, exclusive of transport (charged at actuals) and applicable GST.
- A minimum order quantity applies (currently 50 pairs per purchase order). Volume-tier discounts apply as shown at the time of quotation.
- An order is confirmed only when we accept your purchase order. We will communicate dispatch timelines — typically 48 hours for in-stock godown items and 7–10 business days for factory stock.
4. Products & compliance
All products are certified to IS 15298 (BIS) / EN ISO 20345 as applicable. TDS and test/IS certificates are made available for the products supplied. It remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm the specification is suitable for their specific workplace hazards; our AI assistant and team provide guidance to help, but this is advisory.
5. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims may be filed through the portal with supporting details and photographs; genuine claims are processed with the relevant manufacturer/supplier. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or use outside the product's rated conditions.
6. Showroom on Wheels
Showroom-on-Wheels demo visits are offered subject to availability and location within our service regions (coastal & Bengaluru Karnataka). Booking a visit is a request; slots are confirmed by our team.
7. Suppliers & partners
Registered suppliers and network partners are additionally bound by the specific association terms presented and accepted within their respective portals.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
